A portal can also be used in addition to email for all of the above functions

We have a portal that can be used to send or view received messages, as well as to see an archive.

The user can review archives of messages, can search archives, and in the case where an email is erased, it can always be found in the archive. You can set up various configurations in the portal such as how often do you want retries if the first transmission is not successful.

You can easily select all communications from one particular email address and/or phone number. You can set up additional phone numbers for your account. You can also see what recent activity. The user can I view the SMS, fax, or voice message history. Because all correspondence is sent from your existing email, checking your message history is as easy as searching through your past emails. Additionally, the past 10 messages in the thread are attached to each email you receive with an SMS message.

For administrators, the administrative portal can provision and configure user accounts. It can also provide usage reports and provides configuration options for the department. The admin portal cannot send or receive messages. However, the admin portal can provision and configure the user accounts.

If you delete your email record in error you have nothing to worry about. All of your correspondence is stored securely in our central archive for a number of years. Simply log in to your account on our customer portal to gain access to your messages.
